RETURNS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for commercial workshop equipment, including where the purchaser or operator no longer wants, does not like, or is unfamiliar with the equipment.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, YOKI AUTO EQUIPMENT will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
