Q: Can I get spare parts and how long will they take to get to me?

A: All spare parts are available direct from our warehouse in Sydney. And will be shipped from the day when you place the order.

Q: How to decide the air cooling piston for your piston air compressor?

A:There are 3 elements to consider when it comes to choosing the Cooper Wire Air Compressor:

  • Pressure Requirements

Determine how much compressed air is required for all of your air tools then follow the recommendations and guideline. If one is using an erroneous pressure then it will result in poor performance of tool or it will affect harmfully to the application of your paint.

  • CFM vs PSI(L/min or M3/min)

Air delivery is highly significant parameter of the movable air compressor. First check out your compressed air tools specially the spray gun how much air it requires for the process. Subsequently then make a decision that which type of Air Cooling Piston compressor will suit your needs best. There is a rule that air delivery ought to be more than 10 percent than air tools you carry. Hence air requirement for other tools are highly important in this context.

When there is need of air but quantity of air is much more than the air delivery speed the air tools will not be able to function due to low delivery of air. On contrary, if air delivery is too good but quantity of air is low, the result will be the wastage of electricity thus air tools would not be able to function properly.

  •  Size of the Tank( Compressed Storage of Air)

The spray gun if uses 15CFM then Air compressor should produce 15CFM or more to avoid any discontinuity in the work.

The equipment is highly important to meet the needs and wants of vehicles workshop and repair sites.
