The YS G781 is an automatic 3D wheel alignment system for professional workshops. It combines two 6.4 MP Sony wide-angle cameras with 3D measurement software and an automatically tracking camera beam.
Designed for dedicated alignment bays, the G781 supports alignment measurement workflows with two-post and mini scissor lifts. Multi-screen operation, Bluetooth interconnection, voice prompts and oil- and water-resistant targets support a clear technician workflow.

FREE ONGOING DATABASE UPDATES
Future vehicle database updates are provided at no additional charge, helping workshops keep alignment data current without recurring update fees.
Supplier documentation states that a licensed Autodata vehicle database is included in the alignment software.
WORKSHOP BENEFITS
Twin metal counterweights reduce motor load and support long-term service life. The integrated lifting column uses a ball screw, linear guide and low-speed DC motor to provide smooth camera tracking without sudden movement.

OPERATION WORKFLOW
1. Select the vehicle data.
2. Complete the guided push measurement.
3. Review the measurement data.
4. Install the brake pedal retainer.
5. Lift the vehicle.
6. Complete the kingpin measurement.
7. Install the steering wheel retainer.
8. Adjust wheel positioning.
9. Check that the steering wheel is level.
