OVERVIEW
The YOKI OP-1900 Pro combines the tilt-back machine layout with pneumatic assist-arm support. Dual press bars and a tyre-press crank provide multiple contact positions for controlling the tyre bead.
A low-position lifting tray and adjustable slide rail assist tyre handling, while pneumatic horizontal and vertical arm locking supports the mounting-head setup.

PRODUCT DETAILS
The 14 mm thick chuck assembly has fine adjustment of the jaw opening and closing range. The jaws can be positioned to suit the wheel being clamped.
Dual press bars and a tyre-press crank provide multi-point bead assistance during mounting. A low-position support tray assists tyre lifting during demounting, while the lifting slide rail provides fine adjustment of vertical movement.
The rear-tilting upright arm opens the working area above the turntable. Its sliding roller mechanism uses a precision-ground 55 x 55 mm square push-pull arm.
The modular cabinet uses CNC-formed steel panels and concealed welded seams. The column base and cabinet are welded together, with a tapered bushing and bi-directional locking arrangement supporting the column connection.
The foot-operated pneumatic valve uses S304 stainless-steel piston rods for corrosion resistance. Its drawer-style control unit provides access for maintenance and repair.
The motor has an aluminium housing and copper windings. The bead-breaker assembly uses a sealed, dual-inlet cylinder.
