OVERVIEW
The YOKI OP-Master 9220 is a leverless centre-clamping tyre changer designed for professional workshops that need full assist-arm capability in a more space-efficient layout. Its spiral-lift side-swinging upright arm moves clear of the working area while reducing the machine's floor-space requirement.
The pneumatic duck-head assembly, 125 mm bidirectional assist-arm cylinder, telescopic tyre-press roller and wheel lift provide controlled support for premium rims, low-profile tyres and high-volume passenger-vehicle tyre service.

UPRIGHT AND ASSIST-ARM LAYOUT
The side-swinging upright is designed to open access around the wheel while limiting the machine floor-space requirement. The square tool arm and pneumatic head are arranged beside the auxiliary-arm assembly.

PNEUMATIC BEAD ASSISTANCE
The 125 mm bidirectional auxiliary-arm cylinder supports the pressing tools. A telescopic tyre-press roller and rotating arm provide assistance from different positions around the wheel.

CENTRE-CLAMPING WORK AREA
The centre-clamping platform holds the wheel at the hub while the pneumatic head and assist tools work around the tyre. The multi-angle bead-breaker shovel supports the bead-separation task.

PNEUMATIC WHEEL HANDLING
The pneumatic lifting device assists raising, rotating and positioning the wheel. The sequence illustrates the handling arrangement without replacing the operating manual or operator training.

DESIGN AND WORKSHOP DETAILS
The 55 x 55 mm square push-pull arm supports the pneumatic demounting head. The telescopic pressing roller and 180-degree rotating press arm provide bead assistance from several positions.
A 125 mm bidirectional assist-arm cylinder supports the pneumatic handling system. The wheel lift assists lifting, rotation and positioning rather than relying on manual handling alone.
The welded column base and cabinet, 4 mm steel-panel chassis and multi-angle adjustable bead-breaker shovel support the machine working layout.
