OVERVIEW

The YOKI OP-Master 9850 is a PLC-controlled, zero-contact tyre changer for advanced passenger-vehicle and premium-wheel service. Its built-in memory stores the initial positions of the demounting head and tyre-pressure arm, helping shorten setup time for the next operation.

An electric linear-drive wheel-clamping spindle, range-extending pressure arm and synchronised mounting-head system provide precise control while keeping the tool path aligned with the wheel centre.
